"I've just moved to Bollington and visited Briscola last night. A fantastic meal, very reasonable (around £15pp), and a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly but not intrusive, and would certainly recommend to anyone. "

"I am lucky enough to have a place around the corner from Briscola, the very first time I went in it was 'love at first bite!'. The food is amazing, and the staff manage to be efficient whilst still keeping the atmosphere of a friendly restaurant alive.They are amazingly accommodating - I can be a pest on occasion! but they have always catered to me without making any fuss.Try Briscola just once and you will keep coming back time and time again."

"My husband and I enjoyed a truly delightful meal at Briscola on Saturday evening. I am a harsh critic, having worked in the hotel and restaurant trade for a number of years and never having been motivated enough to write a positive review. This restaurant provided us with one of the best all round experiences we have ever encountered. The staff are friendly and professional, the interior decor is perfectly in keeping with the general theme, creating a superb ambiance. As for the food...a sheer delight for all the senses! The best produce is sourced in order for the skilled chefs to work their magic, and it certainly shows. We ordered steak for one of our main dishes and it was cooked in the most exquisite fashion. This chef REALLY knows what he is doing!! We are so glad we stumbled upon this complete gemstone of a culinary experience and we will be back. Thank-you Briscola for surpassing our expectations... and then some!"
